Welcome to DIGIBOXO ("we," "our," or "us"). DIGIBOXO provides cloud printing and automation solutions for retail print shop partners and their customers. By accessing or using our website, cloud print services, or software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DIGIBOXO enables users to upload document files (PDFs, images, documents) via QR code scanning and pay for printing services online or in cash. Uploaded documents are queued and printed directly at the selected partner shop's physical hardware.
All prices per print page are configured by respective shop owners or displayed transparently prior to order confirmation. Online payments are processed securely through payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Subscription renewal fees for shop owners are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
All logos, branding, trademarks, and software belonging to DIGIBOXO remain the exclusive property of DIGIBOXO. Documents uploaded by customers remain the property of the respective customer.
DIGIBOXO is not liable for printer paper jams, hardware failures at partner shop premises, network interruptions, or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
