We collect minimal information required to process print orders and manage shop accounts, including:

• Uploaded document files (PDFs, images, office files) submitted by customers for printing.
• Shop owner information (username, email, phone number, UPI ID, shop name).
• Transaction records (transaction ID, payment status, page count, total amount).

2. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is strictly used to fulfill document print jobs, process online payments, verify cash PIN authorizations, and maintain shop account subscriptions.

3. Document Security & Storage

Uploaded document files are assigned randomized non-guessable filenames and stored in isolated shop directories. Directory access is restricted to prevent unauthorized script execution (`php_flag engine off`). Document files are accessible only for printer queue downloading.

4. Third-Party Payment Services

When making online payments, card, netbanking, or UPI payment information is handled securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). DIGIBOXO does not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded document contents to third parties.
