Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

DIGIBOXO is a cloud-based digital document upload and print automation system. We do not provide physical courier shipping or postal transport of printed documents to residential addresses.

2. Digital Fulfillment & On-Site Pickup

• Instant Digital Queue Delivery: Once a customer uploads a document and completes payment, the print file is immediately delivered via secure cloud API to the partner shop's connected Windows printing software.
• On-Premises Collection: Physical printed documents are executed on the partner shop's physical printers instantly. Customers collect their physical printed pages directly at the partner shop counter where they scanned the QR code.

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital delivery to the printer queue occurs instantly (within seconds) upon payment confirmation. Printing duration depends on document page count and printer hardware speed at the shop.
