Our tiny Windows desktop client (`DIGIBOXO.V.2.4.exe`) runs silently in the background on your shop PC, detects the paid order, and prints the document automatically on your printer.

No! Customers do not need to download or install any app. They simply open their phone camera, scan your QR code, and the print portal opens instantly in their browser (`qr.php?shop_id=...`).

Online payments collected via UPI/Razorpay are automatically tracked in your Shop Owner Dashboard wallet. You can request withdrawals anytime or receive automated daily payouts to your registered UPI ID.
